How to create a PS.33:3 account?

In the user Login (upper right) click "Create new account". It will take you to a new page and then fill up the form. Be sure to complete the required fields. (The ones with a red *)

I can’t create an account, why?

Are you receiving an error? If you finished creating an account and you returned to the same page, probably, it is because you missed a required * field, or you entered a wrong character in the Captcha.

Forgot your password?

Just click the "Request new password" in the User Login. Enter your username or the email address you used. You will then receive a new temporary password.

How do I edit my profile?

You will find a navigation for your account in the upper right. Click "My account". It will bring you to your profile and then click the "Edit" tab. You can then change your "Account information" and your "Personal information". Don't forget to press save.

I access a user profile and it gave an "Access Denied" page.

It's because the member's page you visit is not yet activated. The user hasn't activate his account from his email.

How to add a friend?

Just go to the user's profile find the link where it says "Become (the username)'s Friend"

How to send Private Message?

In the upper right, just below "My account" click "Messages". Then click the "Write new message" tab.
Enter the username in the "TO" field.
Another way is just by going to the user's profile and at the bottom of the user's profile click "Send this user a message".

Where can I find the list of members?

Mouseover to "Resources" and then Members. You can choose sorting by clicking username, first name, last name, and church.

How to search users?

In the search bar located at the upper right of our website, type the name or any text that you think is included in the user you want to find. Example you might type "Guitar", or "Church Name" or "Last Name" of the user you're looking for. Press enter. If the search yielded no results, click the "User Profiles" tab just right beside "Content" tab. By default our search bar search for a content. The "User Profiles" tab search for contents that are included in the member's profile.

How to embed video on the forums or blog?

In the input format choose "Full HTML". Click the "Source" icon and then post the "Embed Code(not the url)" then Save.
